ABSTRACT
Based on field observations, there were indications that states that the work of teachers in vocational motivation Islam Inayah Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu, Riau is not optimal. Researchers suspect that the communication between fellow teachers and his climate is influenced olehmotivasi teacher in SMK Islam Inayah Ujung Batu, Riau, Rokan Hulu should be improved. The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution among fellow teachers and the working climate there to motivate teachers in SMK Islam Inayah, Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu, Riau. The hypothesis of this study were: 1) the communication between the members contribute to the teacher’s motivation, 2) work climate contribute to motivasikerja teachers, and 3) communication between the members and the working iklmi contribute to teachers’ work motivation. Population was all vocational teachers Islam Inayah Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu, Riau totaling 30 of 15 people as a random sample, Researchers used educational level and duration of work experience as strata. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire from Liker scale mode which its validity and reliability have been checked. The results showed: 1) interpersonal communication contribute to the motivation of teachers working at 35.4%; 2) The work climate contribute to teachers’ work motivation of 27.1%, 3) interpersonal communication and working environment jointly contribute to the motivation of teachers working at 51.6%. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis shows that interpersonal communication including categories, the working climate in the appropriate category and also the motivation to work in the appropriate category.
